Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the company's goals
Identifying and approaching potential new customers in Germany and abroad
Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships through regular communication and personal support
Preparing offers, negotiating contracts and concluding sales agreements
Analyzing sales figures, market trends and competitive activities to derive recommendations for action
Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk) or a degree in business administration, sales or a comparable field - or relevant professional experience in sales
Initial experience in B2B sales or international trade is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with customers as well as a confident, convincing manner
Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook) - Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) is an advantage
Very good written and spoken German skills at C2 level are required
Good English skills are desirable - further language skills are a plus
