Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the company's goals

  • Identifying and approaching potential new customers in Germany and abroad

  • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships through regular communication and personal support

  • Preparing offers, negotiating contracts and concluding sales agreements

  • Analyzing sales figures, market trends and competitive activities to derive recommendations for action

What you should bring with you:

  • Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk) or a degree in business administration, sales or a comparable field - or relevant professional experience in sales

  • Initial experience in B2B sales or international trade is an advantage

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with customers as well as a confident, convincing manner

  • Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working

  • Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook) - Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) is an advantage

  • Very good written and spoken German skills at C2 level are required

  • Good English skills are desirable - further language skills are a plus
